Weed Seed Shop specialises in the trade of medical hemp seed.

Importing, stocking and supplying hemp seed is exempted from regulation under the 1961 u.n. Single Convention on narcotic drugs and affiliated international treaties. In countries such as the Netherlands, freedom to trade hemp seed is clearly incorporated in the national Opium or Narcotics Act legislation.

Unfortunately, regulation and implementation in respect of hemp seed often differ from country to country. For this reason we advise you as a matter of urgency to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject.

Sometimes an exemption can be obtained for the industrial, medical and agricultural applications of hemp seed. In a number of countries trade of hemp seed does not require a permit. However, a notification requirement is sometimes imposed in the event that hemp seed is imported or exported for the purposes mentioned above. If notification requirement is applicable, you should in good time inform us, the authorities or both.

Some nations prohibit the growing of Cannabis for industrial and medicinal use. Principally we believe that the relief from pain and suffering offered by medical marijuana has been proven and is more important than any unclear local legislation.

Weed Seed Shop has to work within the conflict between law and moral obligation. We do not want to violate or interfere with the legislation of any country by dispatching seeds. We feel we have an obligation under universal law to help people who suffer. We dispatch our seeds on the condition that they will not be used by others in conflict with applicable local law. Weed Seed Shopdoes not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law.

We expressly point out that all those who purchase seed from Weed Seed Shop are responsible for their own actions in the future. Weed Seed Shop will accept no responsibility in this respect. Weed Seed Shop does not accept any product liability.

As a Weed Seed Shop customer you are required to comply with the following conditions:

You are prohibited from distributing Weed Seed Shop seeds to countries where possession of and/or trafficking in Cannabis seeds is illegal, for example United States of America, Australia, parts of Asia, Luxembourg, Norway or any other countries where traffic of Cannabis seeds is considered illicit.

The Weed Seed Shop has never given others permission to distribute Weed Seed Shop seeds to or within countries where trade of hemp/cannabis seed is illegal. However, there seem to be companies stating they can deliver our Seeds anywhere in the world. Please refrain from buying Weed Seed Shop seeds from these companies.

Please note: you have to be at least 18 years old to order Weed Seed Shop seeds!

Beware of amateur imitations!

The Weed Seed Shop sells f1 hybrid seed strains only. There seem to be shops selling impure unstable strains (hybrids from hybrids) of inferior quality or even birdseed under Weed Seed Shop brand name. The Weed Seed Shop takes steps to counter these practices but can not completely prevent them.

Weed Seed Shop encourages retailers of Weed Seed Shop seeds to follow recommended retail prices by Weed Seed Shop Authenticity of Weed Seed Shop seeds on offer for prices other than mentioned in this catalogue and at our Internet shop are therefore questionable.
